My printer stopped accepting either USB or WiFi printing, so  I attempted to reinstall the software on a Windows 10 device.

However, I continuously receive the following error:

I have exhausted the HP troubleshooter options, including using the Run As Administrator option and logging into the laptop as Administrator.

Any other suggestions?  I am at the point where the only way I can print is via USB stick.
