My MFP M281FDW that I have purchased in Europe needs to be re regionalized to ROW so I could use it with ROW supplies . I have move with my printer to the US and wish to use ROW supplies.

My printer is out of warranty.

Hi,

Please clarify your intention with ROW supplies.

Additionally, are you generally able to operate the printer at all, does it power on? as the printer is intended for 220V, not for 110V power input...

Thannks for your response ShlomiL.

I hope that the following will make this clearer:

1. The printer works with 110VAC North american supply.

2. I wish to use toners sourced from the US (type 202A or 202X), but the printer rejects them. I get a "cartridge region is incorrect for printer" error. I was looking for support online, and I found that the printer need to be re-regionalized to ROW from EMEA to enable use of US sourced toners.

Please assist me with this.

Thanks!
