Hello, I am unable to print from my laptop, so having to resort to printing directly from my personal mobile instead. I was not successful trying to use the HP Smart App and Wizard trouble shooter. I noticed in settings it says Driver Unavailable. For reference I do not own this laptop it is a company owned device. Anyone have any idea how to resolve? I am not a print technician so have a limited print tech knowledge. Thanks in advance.

@JK22_2022, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to print from your computer. Do you have access to install apps and drivers on the computer?

If not, you will have to contact your system administrator to install the printer.

If you have access to download and install apps, you may use the HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Alternatively, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
