HP Recommended

Do you have instructions regarding how to print a MICR line to an HP LaserJet 600 M602?  Specifically, is there a printer control code that should be used for that printer?  

 

We currently use an old HP LaserJet 9050 for our checks and want to transition over to the newer HP LaserJet 600.  When we tried reprinting a check onto the LaserJet 600, everything looked fine except the MICR line which appeared as alphanumeric instead of as a MICR code.  Do we need to use a different printer control code?
