Hi,
Please follow HP Easy Start below and check if it may locate the printer:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
If it fails to install the printer, try deleting HP Easy Start from your Downloads folder and check for any difference when following below version:
Please let me know how it goes

Hi,
Try following below version of the HP Easy Start Utility:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
As soon as you open HP Easy Start, click the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software...
Read any warnings that display, and then click Continue. When prompted, type your administrator user name and password and follow the steps on screen.
Click Set Up New Device, and then follow the instructions to reinstall your printer with HP Easy Start and let me know if that may resolve the problem.
Shlomi
Not Resolved?
Thanks for the information.
I have sent you a private message, please click here to access private messaging.
Private Steps:
If the installation fails, try following below version of HP Easy Start and check if you may see any difference then:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/ASU/HP_Easy_St...
If that fails too, open HP Easy Start again, from the HP Easy Start menu select Preferences.
Click on HP Easy Start.log and the log folder will launch, please reply me back via a Private Message to ShlomiL with the log file attached.
Download below drivers to your Mac:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/ASU/HewlettPac...
While holding the CTRL key, right-click HewlettPackardPrinterDrivers.pkg and select Open, then follow the steps on screen to complete the installation.
Power on the printer and ensure it is connected, open System Preferences > Printers & scanners and press the Plus sign.
Select your printer, then be sure to select your printer model within the Use drop-down menu and press on Add, then try printing.
