HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sir:   I have an HP OfficeJect Pro 8210 (printer only) that I have owned for about 1 year.  I am running Windows 10, 64 bit, with 32 Gb of memory.  My computer is connected to the printer using a USB port.  The computer is 2 feet away from the printer.  When I tried to print a double-sided document for the first time, that is 1 color page on both sides, the printer will only print the error message:

"PCL XL Error

Subsystem:  IP

Error: InsufficientMemory"

The scanned page resolution is 600 DPI.   I have run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.   It reports all is well.  I have tried printing at the lowest resolution setting of the 4 settings available.  It does print the double sided 1 page document at that setting.  Any higher resolution, I get the above error message printed out.  No error messages appear in the print que.  The error message is only printed out instead of my document.  I am using an HP driver for this printer.  My drivers are all up to date.   Can you give me any ideas so I can utilize the higher resolution capabilities of this printer?   Can the printer utilize the available RAM of my computer?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Blue75Flame,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Change the print driver being used:

Hybrid

Log into the PrinterOn web administration page at www.printeron.com

Go to the printers page.

Select the printer displaying the issue, change the print driver being used (If available for the manufacturer you're using, choose a universal driver).

Also try the PrinterOn Generic PCL or Post script print drivers.

Save changes.

Send a new print job to verify the output at the printer.

OnPremise

Log into the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.

Select the Printers menu.

Select the printer displaying the issue, select the '+' sign and click 'Configure'.

On the drivers tab, change the print driver being used (If available for the manufacturer you're using, choose a universal driver).

Also try the PrinterOn Generic PCL or Post script print drivers.

Save changes.

Send a new print job to verify the output at the printer.

If this does not fix the issue, it may need one on one interaction to fix it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
