Have all the issues with using the printer with the Catalina system update?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following details-

 

As per the product details, you must be using HP Smart App to print and scan from the computer.

What happens when you try to print?

Are you able to make copies on the printer?

Is there any error message on the printer or the computer?

Are you able to scan from the computer?

To HP Support and community - Is there going to be an driver update for mac catalina ever?

unable to use printer and scanner - rubbish support if you happen to be a mac based office!
