I'm really appalled that there's no simple way to find and install HP Utility. I have searched high and low. All HP offers is to download HP Easy Start, which I did. It only offers an option to update my scanner, so I did that. There's still no HP Utility showing in the HP folder in Applications.  I need to clean the print heads and there IS NO "utility" in the print dialogue box.

Any help greatly appreciated.

PS...I think this is my LAST HP product ever. The URL help and downloads info is obtuse, opaque, and incomplete.

PPS....pardon my rant...

@winm, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

On your Mac, click Finder, click Applications, click the Hewlett-Packard or HP folder, then double-click HP Utility. HP utility will be available when the printer is installed using the HP Drivers.

If HP Utility is not available, download and install HP Utility from here

Hope this helps.
