We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
This notification means that HP's Instant Ink system extension (used for managing printer ink subscriptions and monitoring ink levels) is built using older system frameworks that will no longer be supported in the next macOS update.
1. Check for HP Software Updates
HP may release an updated driver or extension before the next macOS update:
Go to System Settings → Software Update to check for macOS updates.
Visit HP’s support page and search for your printer model to see if a newer version of the HP Smart app or drivers is available.
2. Uninstall & Reinstall HP Smart
Open Finder → Applications and delete HP Smart.
Restart your Mac.
Download the latest HP Smart app from the Mac App Store.
