Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Has anyone encountered the following error message? I can't find anything on the community threads, virtual assistant doesn't recognize the issue, and I can't find a way to contact an agent over the phone. Thank you for any help.

@Kpgramps, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

You need to allow HP Easy Start in the Security & Privacy System Preference.
