Hi, My MacBook with MacOS 15.2 doesn't see my LaserJet MFP M283 few printer despite both of them are connected tot he same WIFI network.

HPSmart cannot see any printers in the network. I deleted and reinstalled HP Smart Multiple times unsuccesfully. HP Smart has permissions in the Privacy&Security-> Bluetooth and Privacy&Security-> Local Network.

I have two MacBooks with MacOS15.2 and none of them see the printer. The printer is connected to the network . Please, help . Thank you .

Hi @SvitlanaN

Make sure the printer is connected to a 2,4 Ghz network, because that network type is more compatible with HP printers.

Please follow steps from the next video:

Hi @SvitlanaN

Ok, if that doesn´t work, then try to connect your printer with an USB cable to Macbook
