Macbook doesn't find printer (in list)

I have a MacBook (macOS 14 Sonoma) and recently installed an HP 2800e printer without any issues. I followed all the steps and everything worked perfectly — but that was at a different location. Now that I’m back home and trying to set up the printer again, it’s not working. My MacBook can’t find the printer, and I can’t add it to the list either. I’ve spent the whole evening googling and trying all sorts of suggested solutions, but nothing works. Basic things like restarting and trying to add it again don’t help, since the printer simply doesn’t show up in the list — so that’s where it all ends. If anyone has advice that actually works, I’d be super grateful! :-)"

Thanx, but as I said. I've tried all of this. It's the 'normal' installation process (which is shown in the video) but it's doesn't work. My MacBook won't detect the printer, that's the problem.
