HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have had my Officejet 4652 for 7 years and have always been able to print with margins as small as .2 inches.

I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 11 and the printer will not allow me to print margins smaller than .65 inches.

I have tried everything in the settings of the printer and the paper to make it work, but the printer continues to erase a good chunk of the page on the edges once printed. This happens with word documents as well as PDF documents. It is also interesting to note that this only happens with TWO of the margins-- the top and bottom if printing on portrait mode or the left and right when printing on landscape mode. The other two edges print totally fine with really small margins.

PLEASE HELP!

Make sure you have an HP driver installed and not a Microsoft IPP or Class driver. Windows 11 will almost always replace your drivers with Microsoft ones.
