What do the following Error Code translate to?        ( Pagewide Pro MFP 477dw)

    0xc6fd0313

Virtual Agent and box on the printer setup page were of no help.

Being retired fixing "sick" printers is a passion for me. I am NOT in competition with Repair professionals.

If a printer is restored to action they are donated  -  Michigan Veterans Home  -  Good Will  -  friends.

I find candidates on Craig's List or e-Bay (Parts only or repair).

Hello,

 

Hope you are well, errors are related to a faulty printbar, the only way of restoration is to turn the printer off, unplug it from the electrical source, press the power button for 30 seconds, reconnect and turn back on, if error persists, printer printbar may need to be repaired. You can reach one of our authorized service providers in this link
