My printer does not recognize the pin to connect when I connect to it using WiFi direct.

it did work before, but after I moved to another apartment and reconnect the printer it does not work ( may be because here the WiFi network is 5 G) but I am trying to connect directly to printer and it asks for pin which  I input correctly and it won’t work.

please help if you know what to do
