Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
To begin with, make sure Windows has the latest update: Select Start , then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. This should correct the issue.
In addition, follow the next step: Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thanks...but it did not help..this issue started about 3 weeks or so ago when I received a OPTIONAL UPDATE WINDOWS 10 21 H- 64 BASED KB-501-0415...In which upon installing this OPTIONAL update when ever I would either shut the PC down for the night or it would sleep and when logging back into the PC, the screen when entering the main screen page , instead of the PC opening straight in, it would go into a MEMORY DIAGNOSTIC type period in which it would take about 15 to enter...I went through this about 5 times, got tired of doing it and decided to UNINSTALL the PARTICULAR update . ..then my MICROSOFT STORE STARTED to stick or something and would kick me out...I reset my PC about 4 times and then wiped the drive, reset it again and then downloaded a Microsoft tool and refreshed the entire windows and that was several days ago..NOW IT IS DOING THIS AGAIN FIRST TIME SINCE ALL OF THAT TODAY..before I started to reset everything ..I would run into a lot of CORRUPT FILED WHEN DOING A COMMAND PROMPT SCAN..I guess I will try doing this process again. I did download a system driver thinking that would solve something.. when I bought this computer I found that the DEVICE SECURITY screen under CORE ISOLATION SETTING have something wrong with INCOMPATIBLE DRIVERS..Under Memory Intergrity...upon turning this on..there is a wdcsam 64_prewin8.sys driver that was manufactured installed into the PC( I bought this HP new a couple of years ago) that is supposed to stop malicious codes into the hight security process..IT IS THE WRONG DRIVER ACCORDING TO THE PAGE ALERT. I wonder if this have something to do with it..I am aware of the 50 to pay for monthly insurance

Thank you and I did download the HP assistant 9 from my laptop BUT THE APPLICATION WILL NOT OPEN AND CONSTANTLY STATE THAT I AM NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET...I have a mobile hotspot with wifi not a Ethernet cable ..and for extra information...I took this pc to the public library last year and the router that belong to the library splits off into two different sections or bounce off two different locations in the tower (I was told this information several years ago when I have problems with a tablet that would not connect there) and their wifi tore or deleted my wifi properties out of my HP Laptop ...(there is a repair detail within HP office) I was under warranty the 1st time that it happened and your techs fixed the wifi properties ..but I went back to the library earlier this past 2021 for emergency wifi because of lack of finance and it was necessary for me to go there because I needed to message my Primary Care Doctor and the library deleted my wifi out a 2nd time...this time when I called your office (and there should be a record of that too) my laptop warranty had expired and I was informed that I could buy a wifi antenna and I did purchase one from Walmart and THIS IS HOW I am able to obtain a wifi property due to the antenna disk and instructions..THIS MAY BE THE REASON WHY THE HP ASSISTANT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE WIFI PROPERTIES THAT ARE THERE BECAUSE IT BELONGS TO NETGEAR WIFI ANTENNA PRODUCTS NOT HP.. would you or some other technician have another option BEFORE A INSURANCE PLAN IS PURCHASED ...I know that it is 50 dollars to start and I would have to pay shipping and handling cost
