I am back--Nothing is more UPSETTING 😶 than being able to use my HP printers one day and not the next day after Windows installs updates. Not only can I not print from my Corel Paint Shop Pro 2018 (caused by a Windows update earlier this month) now I cannot scan from the physical printers nor from any other technique and printing now takes almost a complete minute per sheet (caused by a Windows driver update 2 days ago). I have an Inspiron 3670 computer (just purchased in July); 2 Officejet Pro All-in-one printers 8710 and 8720. I have attempted to launch HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.2.1 but it will no longer complete the communicating with HP process. It freezes and I have to open the task master to close the screen.
Why can't Windows 10 and HP printers (my HP printers) sync and work together? I need to be able to print and faster than 1 minute per sheet.😐

I suggest you uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software and the Firmware
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software and the Firmware from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions
Keep me posted how it goes 😊
