Finalmente ho risolto il problema con questo bypass!
Grazie infinite poiché non sapevo più che pesci prendere. Le ho provate tutte senza venirne a capo!
Mi sono 'incaponito' per risolvere il problema poiché un tempo funzionava correttamente ma successivamente, probabilmente in seguito ad aggiornamenti windows, s'é presentato il problema su uno dei due PC.
Entrambi hanno Windows 10 livello 2004, solo che il desktop ha la versione professional, mentre il laptop ha la versione Home edition. ebbene il problema si presentava nel laptop.
Tuttavia, alla fine della fiera, non comprendo perchè il centro di supporto HP non abbia proceduto ad aggiornare con delle patches i suoi pacchetti di installazione.

OMG THANK YOU SOOO SOOO MUCH!!! Your such a LIFE SAVER! Its been driving me INSANE and making ME start to question MYSELF, like WHY CAN'T I FIGURE THIS OUT!?? FOR MONTHS NOW! November 2nd - newest update from Microsoft did it again! The color option totally disappeared from my Word documents.
Since I rarely print documents, I had no recollection of what I did the first time to fix this. However, I do save all emails and was able to fix it in no time at all with the link back to this post!
Yay! One less challenge for 2020!

I've been struggling with this for the past 4 months on 2 new machine builds and this (manually adding the printer via TCP/IP) is the first fix that actually worked.
I've used every version of the installer from the HP support site, HP Print & Scan Doctor, the HP Smart app from the windows store and all behaved the same. On a recent Win 10 build, the very first thing I did after installing the OS and updating was install the printer and had the same problem. Start over from scratch (reinstalled the OS) and still had the same behavior. I think this confirms that none of us are doing anything wrong and all of the "advice" to uninstall/reinstall, use HP Print & Scan doctor, etc. is a load of @$$%.
HP and/or Microsoft definitely screwed something up. I've got 3 older Win 10 machines that I set up > 1 year ago and they all installed fine (at the time they were built) and continue to work fine. Unfortunately, I didn't keep an older version of the installer...

There would not appear like a manner to show it again on. I have tried putting off internet services and initiating a brand new setup of internet services without fulfillment. I even eliminated internet offerings, unplugged my printer while it became nonetheless on, waited 60 seconds
