I just unboxed a new OFFICEJET pro 9010 and got this message during setup. My daughter gave me this printer a couple years ago but my old hp6060 was working fine so I didn’t replace it. The 6060 gave me this message so I said “well it’s just old” so i tried to setup the 9010. Same message none of the recommend fixes solved the problem. Very frustrating!!! Haven’t seen any good solutions on the forum except buy a new printer. Has anyone been able to fix this issue?
