Product: HP Smart Tank 5000/5100 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

I have a HP Smart Tank 5100 series which worked fine when I lived in Florida but refuses to work now that I live in California.

I understand you moved from Florida to California, and the Smart Tank printer is not working. Sorry to hear about the trouble. May I know what error message you are getting when you try to use the printer or when you try to print? And if you are getting any errors, please do share and elaborate on the issue for better support.
