MFP M277DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently moved from the UK to the US.  I brought my MFP M277DW with me, but it gets a 50.2 fuser error or a 51.23 error when I turn it on.  I think this is due to the electrical current issues as it is a 240v printer, but the problem persists even when I use a step-up/step-down converter.  Is there anything I can do to recondition this for US use?  Otherwise, can I return the printer somewhere for someone to resell in the UK?  Ot do I just throw it away (seems like a waste)

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

50.2 error indicates that the printer is not heating up fast enough. This can be caused by a bad heating element in the fuser but can also be caused when the printer does not have adequate power due to overloaded circuits or being plugged into a power strip or surge bar that limits current flow. Try a different circuit or plug printer directly into the wall and cycle the power.

Let me know if this helps.
