Hi,

 

the Mopria software is not from HP.
This printer is also not certified (Internet: mopria.org!

 

Are you sure that this software is not installed on the system? Right-click Start, search for "control panel" and open "Programs and Features".

 

Here is the original software for Windows 10 from HP: HP LaserJet 1020 Plus Full Feature Software and Driver 

Attention: note the date Release date: Feb 9, 2016, Version: v1601

 

Your Printer is over 10 years old.

 

Solution: change the printer to "PDF Creator Printer"). Then you can use Adobe Reader to open the file and print only one copy.
