Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My 2720e printer refuses to connect to WIFI. I have tried every recommendation offered on line. None have worked. This is the most frustrating piece of machinery I have ever encountered. PLEASE help.

Reset the 2720

  • Disconnect the power cable while the printer is on.
  • Press and hold the power button and cancel button together and plug the power cable simultaneously.
  • Continue to hold for 20 seconds and let go the buttons and allow the printer to initialize
