Follow these steps to clean the cartridges:-

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.

  4. The printer performs the automated cleaning process and then prints a Print Quality Diagnostic page.

    • If the print quality is acceptable, you can stop troubleshooting.

    • If the print quality is unacceptable, touch OK for a Second-level Cleaning when prompted to continue the next level of cleaning.

TU But as I said I did all those things as well as a Netgear Hands on Technician,he said the Printer Head not Cartridge head is clogged, that is the problem,Is their a video that shows how to Fix That or do I got to go to a Store to get it fixed at a costly price, probably close to what a printer would cost? Please Respond I'm on chemo and I need to print out instructions as I am compromised and can't afford to leave house due to COVID-19

I am having the same issue with the printer. I have followed all the steps provided and replaced cartridges. Still no print. I'm about to throw this printer away and never purchase another HP product as HP has done nothing but disappoint me with their technology. If my warranty wasn't expired I would demand a full refund
