Product: HP OfficeJet 6962 All-in-One Printer

Hello, 

My HP Office Jet 6962 reset itself (I think) because when I turned it on it is requiring me to use the SETUP cartridges that came with the printer. My printer is 5 years old and those cartridges are long gone. The correct ink cartridges are in the correct locations but they are not the "SET UP" ones since those are long gone. Any suggestions?? I can't even get past this page to connect to my wifi since it is stuck on the setup carridgees page.
