Request you to uninstall all Printer Drivers from PC - https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c02259020 and then reinstall the drivers from the below link: 

 

Here's the page to download the latest drivers from HP for Envy 5000 series. (Just to make sure you have the right one)

Let me know if this worked.
