Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ENVY 6252 printer won't connect to internet and I get message that cartridges can't be used until enrolled in instant ink.

I was enrolled and I somehow fell out of the system. I have uninstalled all soft ware and unplugged power. will it reboot to factory defaults?
