Our HP 8035e Office Jet Pro says it is offline. I tried about all of the HP Support suggestions to no avail. I need help. Thank you in advance.

I HAVE ALSO REACHED OUT FOR HELP ON MY HP GAMING DESKTOP NOT LOADING DRIVERS FOR MY BROTHER OL-81OW, AS WELL AS, MY EPSON RR-600 RECEIPT SCANNER.  i HAVE REACHED OUT TO HP, AVAST OAUD TECNICAL SUPPORT, SYSTEM MECHANIC PAID SUPPORT, AVAST DRIVER UPDATE PROGRAM,  DRIVERSTORE.COM, DRIVERSUPPORT,COM, AND DRIVER DOWNLOADER,

 

!NONE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUES,

Thanks Davewentz. I have consulted a local computer specialist and he could give me no help. I am going back to the store where I bought this wreck and see if they can give me any answers.
