I tried connecting the same printer with my Laptop, again facing the same issue.

 

Kindly let me know if you guys can send over a technician to our office to fix this issue, do let us know the charges involved.

I want to get rid of this problem once and for all!! If not then it'll be a better option to get rid of this Printer.

The printer seems to be connected to the network. Check if the PC is connected to the same network. As mentioned in my previous post, if you are able to access the printer EWS page and print a test page, it means this could be a driver issue.

You may try installing Windows built-in drivers, refer to this document for more info.

 

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our HP Support team for further assistance:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

It didn't help at all, no form was there to be filled.
