Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
My HP Deskjet 4560 control panel is blank, printer will not turn on or reset. I've tried unplugging and it has not made a difference. Prior to this, I kept getting random print outs with the sheets you scan when you put a new ink cartridge in, also a message about fax's which I've never used! Any other advice gratefully received. Thank you

You must reset your printer to the factory configuration:
