I  recently changed intrnet providers.  The printer doesn't recognize the wifi..  I've tried everything I can think of -- it keeps saying the password is incorrect but it's accurate.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Restore the Network settings for your printer:

Restore Printer Network Settings

After that, use the Wireless setup Wizard to connect printer to the new network.

Connecting a printer using Wireless Setup Wizard  (OLD UI)

Printer should now be connected to the network.  If you are using the FULL feature software, you need to update the IP address.

This resouce will show you how it's done:

Hope that helps!

Thanks very much.  I was able to connect using the phone as a hotspot.  I still can't figure out how to connect without using the phone as a hotspot -- I have a macbook pro so it was difficut to follow some of the video.  Regardless, thanks -- I can print!

Hi,

Just think of the new router as the hotspot and connect your printer to it.

Glad to hear you can print!

Happy New Year 2019!
