Hi! My HP Envy 5055 InkJet All-in-One printer won't print. I print from a Chromebook and Iphone. We have made sure the wireless connection is set and reset all settings updated everything. Help please because of course the warranty is over. Just when I wanted to set myself up for the ink service. Going crazy during quarntine relying on this machine. Thank you in advance. Any ideas, suggestions, solutions please. The copier works so it is not an ink problem, paper jam etc etc.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:
1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
Once done, connect the Printer to the devices and check.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!
