My HP Envy 7855 is not printing...the control panel isn't responsive, I've tried powering it down overnight but nothing is working. How do I reset to factory settings again

@Just3Js, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP ENVY 7855 is not printing and the control panel is unresponsive. You've already tried powering it down overnight, which is a great first step. Let's try a factory reset, which can often resolve such issues.

Since the control panel is unresponsive, try this manual reset method:

  1. Open the cartridge access door (lift the front panel where the ink cartridges are located).
  2. Press and hold the following buttons simultaneously:
    • Power button
    • Wireless button
  3. Hold both buttons for at least 3 seconds.
  4. Wait for the printer to restart (this may take about 20 seconds).
  5. Close the cartridge access door once the printer powers back on.

This should restore your printer to its factory default settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
