I just bought a Dell Mobil Precision Work station 3551. I cannot get it to print to the HP LaserJet 1020. I have downloaded drivers, had Dell remote in and try as well. The printer is recognized but it just says ERROR when a send a document to print. I did use an old Acer laptop to print a test document so confirm the printer does work. Any suggestions?

- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Do you get any errors while trying to print?
Let us try these steps:
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Check the connectivity between the printer and the computer.
Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Try printing.
