The printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series says it needs to update and when it reaches 100% of the download it displays a message that download failed offers the option to Retry or Cancel. If you Retry it goes into a loop with the same problem. If you choose Cancel it reboots and goes back to Software Update and the error loop start all over. I have MacOS Ventura. I tried downloading through HP Printer website page but the same problems happens there as well. What should I do?

I tried all of your solutions and downloaded print and scan doctor, but none of it worked. On the 9010 settings, there is nothing about maintenance. After 3 days of trying to fix this problem with no results, I decided to trash this printer and buy a new one. Why do HP, Google, and Microsoft download things in the product you purchase without informing you in advance if you need the upgrade?
