Microsoft Windows 11

I have searched and searched for the headers and footers option so that I can turn it ON.  I want to display the date and time stamp of printing.  I have searched in the HP Smart app settings as well as directly in the PC's devices menu to bring up every settings menu available for the printer.  This used to display when I printed but I turned it off for a specific project last year and never turned it back on.  Today I need it back on and cannot find it.  I have updated to Windows 11 since then.  But that is the only change.  I am specifically needing to capture a screenshot and then print it with a timestamp.  I also checked the Snipping Tool menu for an header and footer option and did not find one.  Thank you in advance for your genius answer!!!
