My Officejet 3830 all in one is shown as installed on my laptop but says the driver is unavailable and I cannot get it to work and it is driving me nuts !!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and downloaded the driver updates but it still wont work.
Can anyone please help me, it all started when the laptop would only print black and white. All my other devices will print normally.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
