My HP Smart Tank 5100 series will print from my computer, but it will not print from my Motorola pow

My printer is HP SMART TANK 5100 series. My phone is a Motorola Moto g power 5G - 2024  Android version 15. I can.print anything from my computer, but when I send something from my phone, it won't print and the message "printer is unavailable at this time".

Also when I create a document from my computer and send it to the printer, it prints in very high. characters, approx 1 inch high .

Install HP Print service plugin for Android:
