Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

My hp Envy 5530 all in one printer stayed connected for about a month.  Now i can't connect it wireless.  When I go to wireless setup wizard and select network then go to  and enter wireless password. when asked to confirm and I enter "OK" I get a connection failed message "Invalid wireless password".  I have contacted my internet provider to confirm that i am entering the correct password.  HELP!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Go to>Setup Menu>Wireless>Restore Network Defaults

 

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi: Go to>Setup Menu>Wireless>Wireless Setup Wizard
