Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Printer had to be shut off and restarted. It is stuck with a message that the cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled on HP ink. I t is enrolled since 2021. I turned off the device and the router several times but it keeps stuck at the same stage of restarting. My PC cannot connect to the printer as it not connected to the wireless.
