My HP laser M252 printer won't print DL envelopes.

Printer won't print DL envelopes. It pulls the envelope through from Tray 1 without printing anything on it. I have a 10.12 MAC  with QuarkXpress 2017 which is working fine.  Anyone able to help me out?
