My printers touch screen is blue with the message B8BEAAB4 on it with a square symbol symbol above it. I cannot perform any functions on it . I can't even turn it off when I push the power button. Before this happened the power button was flashing and the wifi wasn't working.

Well, you could try the printer Restart
Printer Turns Off Unexpectedly or Repeatedly
Step 2
Nice printer when introduced, mid-grade (about $110 new several years ago), decent printing, early years had reports of trouble staying connected to Wireless in Windows (eventually fixed with an update to the drivers)...
Old printer - if you have been having spurious issues with it, the printer might just be showing its age.
Worth a try.
Good Luck.
Could just be a glitch...
