HP Recommended

My HP printer Officejet 5740 keeps going/saying offline. I have a Mac OS version Ventura 13.4 and can't seem to fix the issue .  I've install the latest driver.  I've reset the mac, the printer, the settings, etc.  I have followed all the instructions on the HP website.  Checked cables. Nothing is working!  Help!
