Hp envy 6400e all in one series

I have recently bought a new HP envy 6400e all in one series printer. I have turned the printer on and it looks alright all the lights are on . However,  the problem is with the HP smart app, it is not working at all on my Samsung galaxy 23 ultra and galaxy 24 ultra as well as my Hp laptop. I am unsure of what to do. Should I try other apps or buy a new printer? I have tried resetting the the app and the phones however evertime I enter the app all it shows my is the picture icon of the app.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP Smart app, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
 

1. Check for App Updates

  • Make sure the HP Smart app is up to date. Go to the Google Play Store (for your phones) and check for updates.

2. Reinstall the App

  • Uninstall the HP Smart app from your devices and then reinstall it. This can resolve issues related to corrupted files.

3. Clear Cache and Data

  • On your phones, go to Settings > Apps > HP Smart.
  • Tap Storage, then clear the cache and data. Restart the app after this.
