Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Until July 4, my HP 8020 printer was communicating with my wireless network. Suddenly it isn't and I can't seem to fix it. I have tried HP's virtual program, I have removed my printer from HP Smart and now can't re-add it. I have restarted my modem and router, I have gone through the set up steps but my printer tells me Ii cannot  connect to the network. I am really frustrated. What is the deal?

J'ai le même problème depuis le 4 juillet. je suis sous windows 10 et je n'ai pas supprimé mon imprimante 8014e.

HP smart me dit qu'elle est déconnectée et quand je lui demande de trouver l'erreur, il répond qu'il n,y en a pas.

Comment résoudre ce problème?
