Hi @Bizzy14,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to remove the pause on your HP DeskJet 6020e printer in macOS 12.0 Monterey, follow these steps:

Open System Preferences:

  • Click on the Apple menu at the top-left corner of your screen.
  • Select System Preferences from the dropdown menu.

Go to Printers & Scanners:

  • Click on Printers & Scanners.

Select Your Printer:

  • In the list of printers on the left, find and select your HP DeskJet 6020e.

Open Print Queue:

  • Click on the Open Print Queue button. This will open the print queue window for your selected printer.

Resume the Printer:

  • In the print queue window, look for a button or menu option that says Resume or Resume Printer. If the printer is paused, this button will allow you to resume printing.

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure there are no other errors or issues preventing the printer from working. If there are, address those issues as necessary.

Refer to this document:  HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer User manual

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
