1.  Try reset printers in Mac, follow steps from the next video:

2. Install printer software using Easy Start for Mac:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

3. Then Add again your printer from Printers > Add printer.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

Hello @FerRX!

 

Thank you for new instruction, however it did not work either.

When I use HP program it proposes me to install only HP Scan software and then when we go to "Add nad Verify" stage - it just proposes me to use already installed software (from Mac), when I try to switch to HP Driver - it says "No software found plese come back to previous step", where I proposed again to install only HP Scan.

 

It feels like something from with either Mac Seq update or HP itself did not updated drivers for the system. I think, I will sell the printer which is faster and easier to do than wait them for update.

I've been facing the exact same issue. I tried everything HP support recommended, but nothing worked.
