@Obg24, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9129e All-in-One Printer stopped working after a recent firmware update. Let’s work together to get it back up and running.
Power Cycle the Printer
This simple step can often resolve post-update glitches:
- Turn off the printer using the Power button.
- Unplug it from the wall for 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Open and Close the Front Door
This action can reset internal sensors:
- Open the front access door (where you change ink cartridges).
- Close it securely and wait for the printer to initialize.
Try a Test Print
- From your PC, try printing a simple document.
- If it still fails, proceed to the next step.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Visit the HP OfficeJet Pro 9129e Support Page.
- Download and install the latest Full Feature Software and Drivers for Windows 11.
- Restart your PC after installation.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
