Hello there,

 

I have update a firmware for my HP Laser Jet Pro M102w, then it turns out that the firmware update was corrupted. Now the printer is not detected via USB connection, it is no longer functioning. both lights on the printer are light up but nothing happens. Please can someone send me instructions how to reset the printer to make work it is a new printer. Thank you.
