I have printer LaserJet CP1215 and after install:
https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=en_US
and I press button "+" in System Preferences > Printers & Scanners. I don't see any printers. 😞

Hi,
Make sure the printer is powered on and the USB is properly plugged.
Additionally, try another USB cable, make sure it is not longer than 2 meters long and directly connected to the Mac, without any USB hubs or extensions.
Also, consider the possibility it occurs due to lack of compatibility, as the printer is not supported on Mac computers after all:
